Rev Johnny Pozzo - Minister

Rev. Johnny Pozzo joined New Malden Baptist Church

Johnny has a passion for sharing the Christian message with people who do not have a faith of their own and has been involved in many evangelistic activities including Alpha courses.

johnny is married to Kate, a graphic designer, who shares his passion to share the good news of Jesus. 

David Williams - Elder

David became an elder in December 2003. He is a self-employed public relations consultant. He also provides practical support for his missionary brother-in-law.  He enjoys preaching and Bible teaching and has a special interest in overseas mission. He is married to Marguerite who runs re:fresh books & christian resources in Tolworth, Surrey. 

Andy Fuller - Elder

Andy became an elder in 2009.  He has a passion for bible teaching, and has been involved in leading worship, pastoral work, parenting courses and currently oversees the youth and children's work with Sarah.  They have three children Emily, Matthew and Freddie.

Roger Pearce - Elder 

Roger worked with young people in Zambia, and then in church ministry in NW London, and became an elder in 2010.  He chairs Latin Link, a mission agency at work in Latin America, and has pastoral responsibility for team members from the UK.  He and Frances host an international group.  They have two children working overseas and three grandchildren. 

Kathy Maggs - Pastoral Worker

Kathy has been a member of NMBC for over 20 years during which time she has been involved in prayer and pastoral work.  In 2005 she was appointed part time pastoral worker.  Kathy’s passion is to encourage the church to become a caring and supportive community and to see spiritual growth in individuals.  She sees small groups as a vital part in achieving this.

Kathy is married to Martin who is involved in many practical areas of church life and who is currently a deacon.

Sue Atkinson - PA/Administrator

Sue became a member of NMBC 10 years ago and was involved in the youth work for some years.  She previously worked as PA to the Director of the Kaleidoscope Project, a community project for people with social needs in Kingston upon Thames, before becoming church administrator in 2006.  She is married to Paul and they have two Children, Hannah and Ben.
