Rev Johnny Pozzo
Rev. Johnny Pozzo joined New Malden Baptist Church
as Pastor in July 2008. He comes from Reigate Baptist Church were he had been Associate Minister for the last
8 years. Johnny trained for the Ministry at Spurgeon's College before being ordained as Associate Pastor at Reigate.
Johnny has a passion for sharing the Christian message with people who do not have a faith of their own and has been involved in many evangelistic activities including Alpha courses.
Johnny is married to Kate, a graphic designer, who shares his passion to share the good news of Jesus.
Derek Macallan

Derek joined the eldership in 2001. He is married to Helen, a trained counsellor and works as a Hospital Doctor locally. He says, "My passions are for working in small groups and developing ways of reaching all ages in worship and teaching. I also get very excited about what God is doing worldwide and was particularly blessed by our visit to Lesotho."
David Williams

David became an elder in December 2003. He is a self-employed public relations consultant. He also provides practical support for his missionary brother-in-law. He enjoys preaching and Bible teaching and has a special interest in overseas mission. He is married to Marguerite who runs re:fresh books & christian resources in Tolworth, Surrey.
Anna Field - Youth & Children's Worker
Anna became the Youth and Children's Worker at NMBC in 2006. She was originally destined for stardom, taking a BA in Drama and Theatre arts at Birmingham University but when she commited her life to God in 2003 she felt he was calling her to do something much more fun!
She is passionate about communicating the love and wonderful purposes of God to all people, especially the young people she works with. She desires to present the truth of Jesus in ways that are exciting and accessible to those she meets.
Kathy Maggs - Pastoral Worker
Kathy has been a member of NMBC for over 20 years during which time she has been involved in prayer and pastoral work. In 2005 she was appointed part time pastoral worker. Kathy’s passion is to encourage the church to become a caring and supportive community and to see spiritual growth in individuals. She sees small groups as a vital part in achieving this.
Kathy is married to Martin who is involved in many practical areas of church life and who is currently a deacon.
Sue Atkinson - PA/Administrator
Sue became a member of NMBC 10 years ago and was involved in the youth work for some years. She previously worked as PA to the Director of the Kaleidoscope Project, a community project for people with social needs in Kingston upon Thames, before becoming church administrator in 2006.
She is married to Paul and they have two children Hannah (8) and Ben (6).
